Mother’s Day is this Sunday and at Cannoli Joe’s we are celebrating with a special menu that is sure to make for a memorable experience with the Mom’s in your life!

We will open at 11:00am and be open continuously ALL DAY until 8:30pm!

We will start with our Brunch at 11:00am until 3:00pm, when we will switch over to our Dinner menu until 8:30pm.

Additionally, we will also add several items to our normal Brunch and Weekend Dinner menus, including items such as:

Grilled Steak Marsala - Grilled beef that has been marinated in our own recipe of spices for 24 hours and then grilled to medium rare and smothered in our homemade Marsala Wine Sauce. This is great with our Garlic and Parmesan Mashed Potatoes and our Cabernet Sauvignon.

Chicken Saltimbocca – Chicken breast cutlets with a sage leaf and prosciutto ham, lightly breaded and sauteed in olive oil and white wine, then covered in our Rosemary Gravy. This a savory but light meal that is best enjoyed with our Pinot Grigiot.

Slow Poached Garlic and Thyme Shrimp – Shrimp that has been cooked slowly and to perfection in a Garlic Butter sauce then lightly sprinkled with freshly-chopped thyme. This also goes very well with the Pinot Grigiot.

We will also have some extra dessert options, including:

Red Velvet Cake – a favorite with the Mom’s every year.

Chocolate-Covered Strawberries – These perfectly ripe and sweet strawberries are dipped in our melted chocolate and can be enjoyed with our Prosecco.

Also, all Mother’s (21 and over) will be able to enjoy 1 Complimentary Sangria (or non-alcoholic beverage) on us, as a celebration to Motherhood! We will also have our $3 Happy Hour ALL DAY for everyone to enjoy!

Cannoli Joe’s presents: Chef Exposed Cooking Class on Friday February 24th at 6:30pm

Chef Q has a great menu for everyone to enjoy. There will be appetizers and cocktails served before the cooking demonstration begins.

To start off the meal he has a light and healthy Apple and Beet Salad on Arugula with an Apple Cider Vinaigrette and Candied Pistachio garnish. The second course, entree, has several more rich and hearty components. Braised Pork Belly topped by a Pan-Seared Scallop on a bed of Sage Risotto and finished with a Wasabi Butter sauce. To accompany this decadent course there is also Italian Sausage Polenta Dumplings sauteed in brown butter to crispy perfection. As a finish to the evening he will demonstrate how to prepare Peach Ginger Crisp with Candied Ginger garnish. Each course will also be paired with wine.
